Human Neuronal disease models

discover our disease models

We generate human iPSC‑derived excitatory, inhibitory, dopaminergic, and motor neurons from patients, isogenic controls, and gene‑edited lines to enable robust analysis of disease mechanisms and treatment effects. All cell lines undergo extensive validation and a stringent quality‑control pipeline. By co‑culturing defined neuronal subtypes with other cell types as astrocytes or human muscle cells, we model neuronal activity and physiological processes in vitro with high fidelity, ensuring relevant and reproducible data for high‑content preclinical efficacy studies.
